Processing Time

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies.  I aim to finish and send your order in one week accordingly my schedule. You will get an e-mail when your order is shipped. Do you really need your order before a certain date?  Send me a message or fill in the comments with your order and I'll look at the possibilities! 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, digital products, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
Exchange only possible when there is a mistake from the designer.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Right Information

With personalized products, the buyer is responsible for the correct data.  So please don't forget to check your data.

Delivery

For Netherlands shipping takes 2 business days usually.  

Shipping fee is for  letter box parcel is € 4.10 parcel post is €6.95. Orders to Belgium and Germany is also possible  via POSTNL and the shipping costs are €13 with track and trace.

Pick up is possible from Eindhoven. Send me an e-mail and we will arrange a day and time.

Feel free to contact me about the damages during the shipping.

Cancel Orders

I gladly accept cancellations within 12 hours of purchase. But after shipping your order it's not possible to cancel as the product is just made for you. 

When you have canceled an order within 12 hours after the purchase,  the refund process will start as soon as possible.  This is a maximum of 14 working days, but usually you will have it back on your account within a few working days.

Complaints

It can always happen that something does not go quite as planned.  It's recommend that you first make complaints known to me by emailing info@designforallnl.com

Invoice

The prices stated in the offer of products  include 21% VAT. Send your billing information by e-mail so that I can send you an invoice.

Orders for Business

It's possible to order gifts for your employees. Please contact me at least three weeks ago for that.
