1. What types of custom gifts and stickers do you offer?
We offer custom stickers for both businesses and personal purpose. Custom mugs, bags, banners, party decorations, wedding and engagement decoration such as welcome boards.  Contact us for special requests.

2. How do I place an order for a custom item?
Choose the product, upload your design or describe your customization, add it to your cart, and checkout.

3. Can I see a preview of my design?
Yes, we can send a digital proof before production. Please note your request during checkout.

4. What file formats do you accept?
JPEG, PNG, PDF. Contact us if unsure.

5. What is your turnaround time?
Processing: 3–5 business days
Delivery (NL): 2 business days after shipment
Delivery (BE & DE): 2–5 business days after shipment
Note: Seasonal peaks may cause delays. If you are in a hurry just contact us.

6. Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes, contact us for a custom quote.

7. What is your return/refund policy?
Custom-made and digital products: No returns unless faulty/damaged.
Other physical products: Return within 7 days. Return shipping costs apply unless item is faulty/damaged.

8. Can I change my order after placing it?
Within 12 hours only.

9. Do you ship internationally?
Officially to NL, BE, DE. Contact us for other destinations.

10. Can I order a sample?
Yes, for certain products. Contact us.

11. Can you help create my design?
Yes, design assistance is available (€15/hour excl. VAT).

12. What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Contact us within 7 days with photos.

13. How do I track my order?
We email you the tracking number after shipment.

14. What payment methods do you accept?
Major cards, iDEAL, PayPal, and other secure methods.
