Return and refund policy

Custom-Made Products
All custom-made products (such as personalized items, name-engraved products, special orders, or custom designs) cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are made specifically for each customer and cannot be resold.
However, if your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or with an error caused by us, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. In such cases, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund.

Digital Products
All digital products (downloadable files, digital designs, etc.) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. However, if there is a technical issue that prevents you from receiving your file or if the file contains an error, we will provide the corrected file free of charge.

Other Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Return Conditions

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return or exchange.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the product is faulty or damaged.

Return Process

  1. Contact us via info@designforallnl.nl within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once your request is approved, we will provide the return address and shipping instructions.

  3. After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you if the refund is approved.

  4. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  5. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Right Information for Custom Orders
For personalized products, the buyer is responsible for providing accurate information. Please double-check your details before submitting your order.

Delivery Information

  • Netherlands: SLetterbox parcel €4.25 / Parcel post €6.95.

  • Belgium Small Parcel: €9,73 Parcel: €10.03 with track & trace

  • Germany Small Parcel: €6,5 Parcel: €8,93 with track & trace

  • Local pickup from Eindhoven is possible by appointment — please email us to arrange a date and time.

Cancellations
We gladly accept cancellations within 12 hours of purchase. After shipping your order, cancellation is no longer possible for custom-made products.
Refunds for approved cancellations will be processed within 14 working days, though usually much sooner.

Complaints
If something is not quite as planned, please email info@designforallnl.nl so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Invoices
Prices include 21% VAT. Please email us your billing information if you require an invoice.

Business Orders
We accept bulk orders for corporate gifts. Please contact us at least 3 weeks in advance.
