Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can log in to your account at https://account.designforallnl.nl/orders and submit a return or cancellation request directly. Alternatively, you can contact us at info@designforallnl.nl. If you checked out with a phone number only, please use the link in your SMS order confirmation to request a return. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Grashoen 72, 5658EK Eindhoven.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-day right of withdrawal If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, for any reason and without justification. This period extends over weekends and public holidays.

When you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund the full purchase price including standard outbound shipping costs within 14 calendar days of receiving your return request. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the product is faulty or damaged.

Note: Custom-made and personalized products are exempt from the right of withdrawal, as they are made specifically for each customer and cannot be resold. This exemption is communicated to you before purchase.

Refunds We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 calendar days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 14 calendar days have passed since we've approved your return, please contact us at info@designforallnl.nl.

Return and refund policy — Custom-Made Products All custom-made products (such as personalized items, name-engraved products, special orders, or custom designs) cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are made specifically for each customer and cannot be resold. However, if your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or with an error caused by us, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. In such cases, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund.

Digital Products All digital products (downloadable files, digital designs, etc.) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once downloaded. By downloading the file, you acknowledge that the right of withdrawal no longer applies. However, if there is a technical issue that prevents you from receiving your file or if the file contains an error, we will provide the corrected file free of charge.

Return Conditions

  • Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the product is faulty or damaged.

Return Process

  2. Once your request is approved, we will provide the return address and shipping instructions.
  3. After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you if the refund is approved.
  4. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 calendar days.

Right Information for Custom Orders For personalized products, the buyer is responsible for providing accurate information. Please double-check your details before submitting your order.

  • Belgium: Letterbox parcel €5.40 / Small Parcel €9.50 with track & trace
  • Germany: Letterbox parcel €5.75 / Small Parcel €8.40 with track & trace
  • Local pickup from Eindhoven is possible by appointment — please email us to arrange a date and time.

Cancellations You may cancel your order at any time before it is fulfilled by submitting a cancellation request via your customer account at https://account.designforallnl.nl/orders. For custom-made products, cancellation is not possible once production has started. Refunds for approved cancellations will be processed within 14 calendar days.
